Words will never be found on the way everyone working at Hospice treated my wife and family. Take a bow everyone, you went beyond the call of duty. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Excellent care and always informed and kept updated with what was going on. Excellent all round – very caring and supportive.

I would just like to add that Mum was given exceptional care and was treated with love and respect by all the staff there – from the Cleaners to Carol the Cook (who also took great care of me while I stayed with Mum overnight for the last few days). Their love, understanding and compassion was wonderful. Thank you to all. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

I could not fault anything, they were so caring and helpful, especially at the time of passing. The staff, right down to the cook were so caring, doing anything to help my ‘loved one’. The Nurse Practitioner is such a special, beautiful person, as all the nursing staff were, sometimes under difficult circumstances.

Words are hard to put together having experienced the passing of our dearly loved father & grandfather in such a caring surrounding provided by the facility and all staff even those who were training. There is no doubt you are special people endowed with the gift of caring at this stage of life and for that I feel extremely grateful for all the care offered professionally, emotionally, and spiritually. I could see our loved one’s appreciation of the time and care that was provided to him, and all family could see those moments of care needs and the way it was shown. Thank you all.

Spiritual care lies at the heart of hospice. It says we are here we will be with you through living and dying: we will free you from pain and give you the freedom to find your own meaning in your own life. Your way! we will comfort you and those you love, not always with words, often with a touch or a glance. God bless you all.
