How You Can Help


Volunteers have been involved with Ipswich Hospice from the beginning, and contribute to every service we provide.  The different volunteering areas include in-hospice support, bereavement support, office work, fundraising, kitchen, craft, gardening, maintenance – something for everybody! Making a Will is an important thing to do – it gives you the opportunity to safeguard what is important to you and how you want your assets to be managed.  Your gift, whether large or small, will be most gratefully received by Ipswich Hospice Care, and will help us continue to be able to provide high quality palliative care and bereavement support in our community. Purchase a Hospice Craft Item

The Ipswich Hospice Craft Group is a dedicated group of volunteers who lovingly hand-made items for sale, with all proceeds being donated to Hospice.  Blankets, knitted toys, aprons, bags and cards are just some of the items available.  A display of items is available at Hospice Reception and Guest Wing.  The Hospice Craft Group is now also in the business of hand-making quality Jabots (Barristers’ work dress).  To order Jabots please use the online order form.
